Our Customer Service & Customer Care Departments will then investigate your complaint. They’ll act as your representative within our company, ensuring your complaint gets the attention it deserves. This process involves understanding your issue, gathering all relevant information, and coordinating with the appropriate teams within our company.

We understand that you’ll want to stay informed about the progress of your complaint. That’s why we’ll provide you with regular updates, so you’re aware of our actions until we reach a resolution.

3. Resolving Your Complaint

Our goal is to find a resolution that effectively addresses your complaint. If your product hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation and any payments made will be refunded. If you’ve received a defective or broken device, you can exchange it for a new one within 30 days of receipt.
