Information automatically collected

We do not sell or share your email address, telephone number, name, mailing address, or any other personal and non-public information with any telemarketer, marketing agency, or business unrelated to the ones we use to provide our Services. 

4. TCPA DISCLOSURE

In Short: We may monitor and record phone calls to improve our service. Using our Services, you consent to receive emails, calls, and text messages from us. These communications may include prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or automatic dialing systems. 

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act restricts the making of telemarketing calls and the use of automatic telephone dialing systems and artificial or prerecorded voice messages. The rules apply to common carriers as well as to other marketers.  

To ensure that your inquiries are handled promptly, courteously, and accurately, some of the phone calls between you and us or any of our affiliates, agents, assigns, and service providers may be monitored and recorded by us and any of our affiliates, agents, assigns, and service providers to enhance service to you. You consent to this monitoring and recording. You agree that 1Wireless may occasionally make calls and/or send text messages to you at any telephone numbers associated with your account, including wireless telephone numbers that could result in charges to you.

By using our website, you consent and acknowledge that 1Wireless may, from time to time, send emails, make calls, and/or send text messages to you at any email addresses and/or telephone numbers associated with your account, including home, work, and wireless telephone numbers that could result in charges to you. The manner in which these calls or text messages are made to you may include, but are not limited to, the use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or automatic telephone dialing systems. You further agree that 1Wireless may send emails to you at any email address you provide us or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent, depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the SMS messages that we send, learn more about SMS Terms of service below, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section “HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?” below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually set your browser to remove cookies and reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.

9. SMS TERMS OF SERVICE 

If you opt-in to SMS communications about our Services, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup. Your consent (end-user opt-in) to these communications will not be shared with third parties.

The SMS service is used to send messages and notifications about your application, order, offers, promotions, and customer service-related processes.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the same number you received the SMS from. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP” to the same number you received the SMS from. After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

11. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

California Residents

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request the removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. CCPA Privacy Notice

Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights

We will not deny services, charge different prices, offer a different quality of service, or otherwise discriminate against you for exercising your California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut or Utah privacy rights, as applicable. Nothing in this section prohibits us from charging you a different price or rate, or from providing a different level or quality of goods or services to you, if that difference is reasonably related to the value provided to you by the use of your data. With your consent, we may choose to offer you financial incentives directly related to the value of your personal information for the collection, sale, or deletion of your personal information.

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information

We do not process consumer’s sensitive personal information.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person from whom we have the information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with the information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

We will only use the personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additional information as soon as we finish verifying you.

Other privacy rights

  • You may object to the processing of your personal information.
  • You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant or ask to restrict the processing of the information.
  • You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent who does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

California and Colorado Loyalty Program Disclosures.

If you are a resident of California or Colorado and you participate in a loyalty, rewards, premium feature, discount, or club card program established by us for the purpose of providing discounts, rewards, or other value to you in connection with your participation (each, if any, a “Loyalty Program”), we may disclose and/or share your personal information as set forth in this Privacy Policy and/or pursuant to any separate consent you may provide in connection with your participation in the Loyalty Program. You may cease your participation in any Loyalty Program at any time by following the instructions provided in connection with the Loyalty Program or by contacting us via email at [email protected].

Connecticut Residents

This section applies only to Connecticut residents. Under the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), you have the rights listed below. However, these rights are not absolute, and in certain cases, we may decline your request as permitted by law.

If you are a resident of Illinois and you elect to participate in any program or offering requiring you to provide biometric information to us, then we will permanently destroy such biometric information, and any information directly derived from such biometric information, when the initial purpose for collecting or obtaining such information has been satisfied or within three (3) years following your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first.

Nevada Residents

If you are a resident of Nevada, in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A, you may request that we do not sell certain of your personally identifiable information (your “Covered Information” as defined in NRS Chapter 603A) by sending a request to [email protected]

Utah Residents
